A 5 Day Practice

Wednesday To Sunday

99% practice is what you need to create a change.  This program is designed to develop your strength and deepening your practice.  The workshop follows traditional teaching methods by practicing in a small group to provide hands-on guidance, explanation, and direction. 

The class schedule is segmented into 5 mornings, 90-minute sessions:

  • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday  6:00 to 7:30 am 
  • Saturday, Sunday 7:00-8:30 am
